Definition of Work:
1. Will work off the F&HC SCR savings list to Prioritize qualifications needed
2. Will participate in the weekly SCR team meetings to represent their region; Obtain and ship samples of colorants and plastic components to SCR team as needed.
3. Will work with P&G SPOC in their region to coordinate SCR trials at suppliers (IM ISBM EBM)
4. Will work with P&G plants to schedule test runs on new color parts and collect data.
5. Will help SPOC coordinate/Input to all technical reports by developing and analyzing statistical reports
6. Will work with color suppliers to coordinate color matching process.
7. Will work with color supplier to coordinate trial dates and material needed.
8. Will coordinate and execute all technical testing needed (torque testing, dimensional testing) for color change
9. Interface with colorant suppliers and molders to deliver qualified parts on new colorants for ongoing production
10. Own CPS schedule of work that will be completed at suppliers and coordinate meetings with suppliers to track progress of schedule

Logistics
1. For contractors assigned in different regions the company will not be paying for extended travel they will need to be located in the region.
2. For contractors located in the region that will need to travel for qualifications, company will be covering the cost for that travel.
3. Will be 100% focused on SCR based on a 40 hr week.
